Tape Test

Decoration adhesion can always be tricky, we can check deco adhesion, and if it fails, we can remove all the decoration and re decorate.

Sharpness Test

Refurbco uses the latest sharp edge testers to determine if your surface areas are safe.

Vacuum Test

Refurbco has multiple vacuum chambers for large and small projects. We can test to see if your product can withstand Vacuum pressure, to ensure your items do not leak. If they do leak Refurbco has many methods to improve the seal

Torque Testing

Refurbco performs cap torque testing which measures the application and removal force of caps on a bottle or container. In the cosmetics, beverage and countless other industries cap torque testing is a critical component of quality control. To ensure a proper seal, shelf life, and ease of opening a container, it is essential for the torque to be validated according to the American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM)

Pull/Push Force

Cosmetic components need to withstand the rigors of daily and prolonged use, so therefore we can test to make sure your components are up to the task. Refurbco uses custom force gauges for any component that needs to be tested. We report back findings and provide solutions to correct the reject
